Crye-Leike Promotes Kevin Joiner To President of Franchise Division
Nashville, Tennessee - Kevin Joiner has been promoted to president of Crye*Leike Franchises, Inc., the franchisor division of Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation's 10th largest real estate company and the largest in Tennessee and the Mid-South.
Crye-Leike is headquartered in Memphis, Tenn. with regional headquarters in Chattanooga and Nashville, Tenn., and Little Rock, Ark. Franchise operations are located in Brentwood, Tenn.
Joiner is responsible for expanding Crye-Leike franchise operations into new markets throughout the southeastern region of the United States as well as overseeing the comprehensive training, management, administrative and marketing support for the Crye*Leike franchise system. He became affiliated with Crye*Leike Franchises, Inc. as vice president in July 2004. He is a resident of Murfreesboro, Tenn.

Crye-Leike Opens Franchise in Savannah, Tenn.
Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, the nation's 10th largest real estate company and the largest in Tennessee and the Mid-South, has added a franchise office in Savannah, Tenn., Hardin County, one of 25 independent real estate companies to join the Crye-Leike franchise network.
Shaw-Rinks Real Estate of Savannah, Tenn. has recently signed a franchise agreement with Crye*Leike Franchises Inc., (www.franchises.crye-leike.com), the real estate franchiser subsidiary of Crye-Leike, Realtors. The real estate firm's new name is Crye*Leike Savannah. Bowling Green, Ky.- Crye*Leike Executive Realty, an independently-owned and operated franchise of Tennessee-based Crye-Leike Realtors, has established an auction company, Crye*Leike Executive Auctions, that specializes in comprehensive auction services and serves south central Kentucky and northern Tennessee.

Crye*Leike The Coach Approach Realty, LLC, owned by Brent Cooper, Jodie Parrish and Michael Taylor, is one of 21 offices to join Crye-Leike's franchise network.
