Memphian Sherry Edmundson Joins Crye*Leike in Destin, Fla.
Destin, Fla. - Crye*Leike Coastal Realty of Destin, Fla. announces that Sherry Edmundson has joined its sales team as an affiliate broker, relocating from Germantown, Tenn. and Memphis-based Crye-Leike, the nation's 10th largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South.
Edmundson comes to Crye*Leike with 18 years as a licensed Realtor.
She also is an active volunteer, providing strategic planning, volunteer recruitment and development for non-profit agencies. Edmundson's most notable achievements were serving as president of Subsidium, Inc. where she helped raise funds for hearing-impaired students at the Memphis Oral School for the Deaf and the establishment of a volunteer agency for St. Peter Villa Nursing Home. She is a graduate of University of Memphis.

Crye-Leike Opens Batesville Franchise
Memphis, Tenn. - Crye*Leike Franchises, Inc., the franchisor of Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation's 10th largest real estate company, has recently signed a franchise agreement in Batesville, Arkansas, joining 18 other franchises among Crye-Leike's franchise system.
The newest Crye-Leike franchise, Crye*Leike Batesville Real Estate Center, Inc., is located at 505 St. Louis Street in Batesville, Ark., Independence County. The franchise is owned by Jerry Kemp who will serve as principal broker.
Joining his sales team are Lackey Moody and James Schoonover who will serve the real estate needs of buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties in Independence, Cleburn, Jackson, Izard, Sharp, Stone and White counties. They will specialize in relocation and vacation homes.
A grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony were held by the Batesville Chamber of Commerce on Thurs., May 27, 2004.

Monteagle, Tennessee - Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that one of its franchisees, Greg Maloof, has been awarded the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation by the Tennessee Association of Realtors.
The GRI designation, under the auspices of the National Association of Realtors, is a national professional designation that signifies mastery of a specific and intensive program of classroom instruction in various aspects of residential brokerage.
Through the Realtor institute program, real estate professionals study marketing, ethics, contracts, finance, technology and other real estate topics. Crye*Leike Executive Realty Expands & Moves into $1.5 Million Facility
The move was prompted by the company's growing sales force, which generated $38.8 million in sales during 2003, said Kirk Tinsley, principal broker and co-owner.

Crye-Leike Establishes 14th Franchise
Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation's 10th largest real estate company, has recently signed a franchise agreement in Holly Springs, Mississippi with one of its own sales associates, Lisa Anderson, making it Crye-Leike's 14th franchise system sold by Crye*Leike Franchises, Inc. and joining six other Crye-Leike branch and franchise offices in Mississippi within DeSoto, Lee, Lowndes and Union counties.
