First Franchise in Kentucky Opens
Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, has sold its first Crye-Leike franchise in Kentucky, Warren County. Harold Crye, chief executive officer, has signed a franchise agreement with co-owners Kirk Tinsley and Geoff Fields to operate Crye*Leike Executive Realty in Bowling Green, making it one of nine Crye-Leike franchises company wide.
Bowling Green, Ky., known as the home of the General Motors Corvette Plant, is located 60 miles north of Nashville, Tenn. and 110 miles south of Louisville, Ky. with a population of 48,300. The city was recently named among the top 10 small cities in which to locate a business by Site Selection Magazine.

Crye*Leike Franchises Broadens its Scope Nationwide
Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, announces its newest initiative to strengthen the Crye-Leike brand and to grow the company through national franchising, announced Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer.
Randall Hall of Crye*Leike Franchises, Inc., a real estate franchisor subsidiary of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has been promoted to national franchise sales manager to lead the company's franchise expansion.
To date, Hall has secured eight Crye-Leike franchises in Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi and Tennessee with future plans to expand into contiguous states. Hall's new responsibilities include broadening the company's scope of franchising markets, a key growth element in maintaining the company's ranking as the 13th largest real estate company in the nation.

Franchise Office Opens in Decatur, Tennessee
Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, announces the opening of a franchise office in Decatur, Tenn., Meigs County, making it one of eight Crye-Leike franchises company wide and the fifth Crye-Leike franchise in Tennessee. Meigs County is ranked as one of the fourth fastest growing counties in the state.
The Decatur Crye-Leike franchise, sold to owner and managing broker Roscoe Kasior, is named Crye*Leike Roslin Realty. Its office is located at 17869 Highway 58 North and accommodates up to 12 sales associates. The Crye-Leike franchise, sold to owner and managing broker Kenneth L. Wilson of Wilson Realty in New Albany, Mississippi, is located in north Mississippi within Union County, an hour's drive from Memphis, Tenn. In addition to Union County, Crye*Leike Wilson Realty also will serve home buyers and sellers in Ponotoc, Lee, Prentiss, Tippah, Alcorn, Benton, Marshall and LaFayette counties in Mississippi. Crye-Leike Sells its First Resort Franchise
Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, has sold its first Crye-Leike resort franchise in the unincorporated community of Pickwick Dam, a resort town in Counce, Tenn., Hardin County, best known as a water sportsman's paradise because of its close proximity to a 1,392-acre state park on the shores of the Tennessee River and Pickwick Lake which spans over 50,000 acres.
